The setting is marvellous and unbeatable, it's near centre of Exeter, cathedral and excellent restaurants. One of tourist spots - Vue Exeter Cinema - is relatively close to the hotel, appreciated that.

The staff was amiable, we got their full attention. The location was fab - close enough to the town centre and shopping mall and nightclubs a couple of minutes away. Also, it was relatively close to Clyston Mill.

This centrally located accommodation is perfect for a comfortable stay in the heart of a vibrant city. Guests can enjoy a spacious apartment with clean, well, equipped rooms that include large towels and excellent showers. the surrounding area has plenty of options for dining and shopping, with grocery stores conveniently located nearby. the check, in process is easy and hassle, free with a key safe and code system.
Some aspects could use improvement as there were a few things missing that could have enhanced the stay further, like basic kitchen utensils and welcome amenities.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the towels were large and plush, and the shower was excellent. Apartment 4 had ample storage space and a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The location was fantastic, right in the city center, with off-street parking available for a small fee. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like dishwasher tablets, tea bags, and milk provided. Highly recommended!

Great central location, recently refurbished. Well-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, and comfy double bed. Quiet and peaceful despite being in the heart of the city. Lovely patio surrounded by charming old buildings. Currently undergoing some minor renovations, but didn't affect our stay. Convenient nearby parking options available.

Great location! We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy the nearby amenities. The staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful, always responding promptly to our questions. Plus, the apartment was set back in a quiet courtyard, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay.
The apartment was not as clean as we had hoped. The bathroom had hair on the floor, an almost empty soap dispenser, and a half-used soap bar on the sink.
